Education Empowerment

The Southeastern Education Center merged with Pathfinders to provide a unique resource for students who experience behavioral issues and trauma, which would otherwise keep them out of the classroom. Southeastern brought nearly two decades of experience and partnership with MPS, guiding students back on track with their education. Pathfinders offered extensive experience empowering youth in crisis to create stability and success. The combined expertise and resources results in a life-changing educational center.

State of the Art Education Facility

Our new school is under construction and will be a state of the art education center that provides our students with the type of learning environment they both need and deserve.

The grand opening and dedication will be held in September of 2016.

Student Access to Critical Services

Locating the school in the Holton facility will enhance support for students and their families through increased access to a wide array of housing, case management, and therapy services that Pathfinders provides.

Vulnerable students with many unmet basic needs will now be able to enter the adjacent Pathfinders center before and after school for a safe and supportive environment that offers clothing, food, hygiene supplies, laundry, and access to additional computers.
